I haven't picked my fast/commitment/whatever you want to call it. I need to see what I feel led to take on.<BR/><BR/>This morning for T-fig Sunday we sang "O Splendor of God's Glory Bright". I'm not as proficient as some of you at finding videos or recordings on-line. The tune was on You Tube, but the quality stunk. It's a favorite of mine. We also sang "Take Thou our Minds, Dear Lord." I guess that one sort of pointed us toward Lent more than the other. That's sort of why I put it at the end. A sending off into the season with something that sort of set the tone for being consecrated for the observance.<BR/><BR/>If that makes sense.<BR/><BR/>I'm preaching the lectionary Psalms through the Lenten season, so I bet we will be singing several different settings of Psalms throughout the season.
