Bees and Trees

Thanks to the generosity of the RevGals, and our love for swag, we have made our first commission off the CafePress store! This webring is always abuzz with activity, so with the proceeds I purchased a beehive from Heifer International. I had enough leftover for a share of seedlings as well. Thank you for helping make a difference.

And, if you have suggestions of slogans or graphics you would like to see at the store, please let me know.

  2. good news.
I for one would buy a t-shirt that had this from bumper sticker I used to have:
"What if God is asking US for sign?"

  5. I think that church notice board is GREAT.

I'm sorry I haven't bought anything from Cafe Press :( last time I looked the postage was horrendous to europe.

but I think it's really wonderful that Rev Gals is also a GIVING community - of friendship and support to eachother, but also of money and time to those in need. I was excited about the devotional helping hurricane relief and now this.

God we thank you for Rev Gals . Amen

  6. a symbol .. or logo ... would be good. unfortunately I know nothing of these things - but I'd vote on my favourite should we come up with some suggestions :)

somehow as I thought about this (prob influenced by the beehive ..) I was thinking of bees - busy for the kingdom.

As I said I know nothing! (grin)

  11. For some reason I just saw a picture in my head of the slogan "Ring Around the Collar," paired with a stylized clerical collar and "RevGalBlogPals." Graphic artists out there, knock yerselves out.;-) (Even though I don't have a collar. I do, however, have a secondhand alb whose Velcro'd collar chokes the breath out of me whenever I'm assisting.;-))
