Why Incorporate?

There was a comment on my blog yesterday asking me to explain what advantage there was to incorporating RevGalBlogPals as a tax-exempt organization. Since this is a great question, and one that other members of the blogring may have, I answered it in a separate post here for those of you who are interested.
