It’s a Winter Friday Five

I am so sorry for the lateness of the Friday Five. I've had two emergencies this a.m. and now my computer keeps crashing. I hope I can get this posted!

The picture is out a window at my place, complete with screen. ;-)

Brrrr! Baby, it’s COLD outside! At least that is the case where I am this morning. We are in a January deep freeze. Have a cup of hot tea and tackle five easy seasonal questions.

1. What is the thermometer reading at your house this morning?

2. Snow—love it or hate it?

3. What is winter like where you are?

4. Do you like winter sports? Any good stories?

5. What is your favorite season, and why?

Bonus: Share a favorite winter pick-me-up. A recipe, an activity, or whatever.

Let us know in comments if you play. Post a direct link to your blog entry in your comment using the following formulation:
<a href="the url of your blog post goes here">what you want the link to say goes here</a>

  8. I finally managed to post mineright here. I will try to visit other's blogs, but not sure how it will work out. My computer is working for the moment.

Our local church-attending-young-guy-computer-whiz is coming over to try to help, but it won't be till much later tonight. I will read as many of your posts as I can though, even if I can't comment..

After I drink a cup of hot tear. Seriously. I'm freezing! The heat is set on 70 degrees, but the floors in here are really chilly!

  27. I LOVE the snow - sadly we have had hardly any this year ... it's +1C and sunny today.

My favourite season is spring - April/early May when it's as if life begins again after the long season of darkness. I guess it's spiritual too :)
