  1. Holy Holy Holy! yay!

We also sang a slightly funkyfied celticy Be Thou My Vision, and Today We All Are Called To Be Disciples.

    Plus it was confirmation day--woohoo!

  2. It was confirmation day at our place, too. And, commitment Sunday for a captial campaign, and a farewell for two of our staff, and I think if we could have thrown something else, in, we might have! Whew! But, the music was beautiful. We sang one of my favorites: To Be Your Presence and the Dance of the Trinity.

  3. Well, we blew off all Trinity hymns but we did sing Leaning on the Everlasting Arm, Precious Lord, In the Garden and He Leads Me. It was acoustic Sunday and everyone loved it. Of course, next week it's back to Hymnal 1982. And the youth group went to see Prince Caspian this afternoon. It's time for a glass of wine now. :-)

  4. We sang Holy HOly Holy - and I Bind unto myself today, and a few more, but those are what I remember on Sunday evening.

Sally, that is a delightful video. Thank you!

  7. We sang "How Great Thou Art", "Because He Lives", and "I am Thine O Lord". Our pianist called in sick, the back up pianist wasn't there, our worship leader wasn't there, so we sang a cappella. Actually everybody sang lustily. It was the best I have heard them sing.

  8. Can you have Trinity Sunday without singing Holy, Holy, Holy?

The Choir did a nice anthem "We Believe" by John Purifoy which is before the sermon and led quite nicely to the sermon. www.foraseason.blogspot.com
