At my place you can read about, among other things, a sobering metanoia moment, and my slow and surprising metamorphosis into a gym rat. And -- calling all residents and fans of the Big Apple: We're going to NYC for Thanksgiving, where our entertainment-industry kids are involved in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade, and we're looking for suggestions for fun/unusual/"insider" places to visit while we're there.
