Virtual Advent Retreat--November 29

RevGalBlogPals will offer our third annual Virtual Advent Retreat on Monday, November 29. It's a busy time of year, but one in which it really helps to take a quiet day. If you can't get away somewhere, we hope you'll retreat virtually with us. Clear off the calendar and light a candle and commune with your pals around the world.

Over the course of the day, three of our bloggers will post reflections on the texts for Year A Advent 2, 3 and 4. You're invited to share your reflections in the comments or by linking back to your own blog reflections on the texts.

Many thanks in advance to LutheranChik, Singing Owl and Mary Beth, who will be leading the retreat together, and to Juniper, who first suggested the idea. We hope you will join us!

    I have it on my calendar - morning only as I have spiritual direction (a really special time) in the afternoon.

    I will have to do it after work, unfortunately. The hospital does not allow us to read "blogs" on their network... the sites are blocked! :( I guess I will spread it out over four days instead of one day.
