Monday Meet and Greet: all kinds

Today is a day we can see the diversity of the RevGals--it takes all kinds to make up the body of Christ, and our new members today are indeed all kinds...of awesome! Be sure to pop around and say hello!

Julie Winklepleck at The Preacher and the Party Store. She is the pastor at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Muskegon, Michigan. Her blog is "a recording of musings about faith and how I’m living out my identity as a child of God." Welcome, Julie!

There are hundreds of interviews--new ones nearly every day--with real people who are living out real faith over at Real People, Real Lives, Real Spirituality. They have book reviews, lists, and interviews. Check it out, or even send in your own interview to be featured!

If you're looking for ways to intergenerational-ize your worship experience, to include children in your community's worship life, or for ideas for activities or children's sermons, be sure to head over to Worshipping With Children! With lectionary-based resources for including children, this is a site you won't want to miss.

Please pop over and welcome a new member from my geographic neck of the woods, Charlene Hinckley at Musings for a Beautiful Day. Charlene lives in Lake Geneva, WI (just a few miles north of me, so I'm sensing a possible meetup in our future!) and is a UCC pastor. She says, "I like my coffee as an iced carmel macchiato. I have been a UCC pastor for seven years and a mom for 14. I love to walk with my dog and play fetch with my cat. I love politics and spirituality. My life could be set to a U2 songtrack." Welcome Charlene!

Kathleen Lambert "is a pastor, mother, wife, twitterer, minister of justice, bibliophile and writer. Her life can not be captured in this text box, as is true of anyone’s life, so all are encouraged to contact or locate her either in person or through means of some sort of technology." She's a Presbyterian pastor in St. Petersburg, Florida and a wonderful cruise companion!

We've also had a move--longtime ring member Cody M has moved over here...check it out!

And, last but not least, MaryAnn McKibben Dana is blogging a whole variety of interesting things from The Blue Room (the room in her house devoted to creativity). MaryAnn, who lives in suburban Washington DC, is "a writer, spouse, mother of three, and haphazard knitter. I am a Presbyterian pastor whose spiritual inner child is secretly Quaker. (Oh, I guess the secret’s out.) I believe in the expansive love of God that knows no bounds." Hello MaryAnn! We're glad you're here!
