Phantasmagorical Phriday Phive

A mixture of the deep and the shallow today, in honor of All Hallows Eve and All Saints Day---

1) Favorite Halloween Candy

2) Least Favorite Halloween Candy

3) Best Costume Ever

4) Worst Costume Ever

5) A Saint you treasure (please feel free to use the definition of "Saint" that is meaningful to you and to your faith tradition and life experience)

Round-Up to follow later today; I'll be hiding out upstairs while my ninth-grader hosts a group of friends for what is NOT A PARTY, MOM!

  1. love it :)

We don't have hallowe'en here so these are just general answers

    1) English Cadbury's crunchie bar

    2) peppermints

    3) I won second prize going as Paddington bear with my friend as Mr Brown (it was a bears picnic, and non bears were eliminated but somehow we weren't - we got a bottle of plonk for our effort and laughed a lot)

    4) Friar Tuck at a Robin Hood 'do' as a child. All the other brownies were Maid Marian or Robin Hood. I wanted to kill my mum!!

5)I'd take Corrie Ten Boom - she's taught me about forgiveness. (hence the fact that I can now laugh about no.4 - grin!)

    have a great weekend

  10. The peanut butter things in the orange and black wax paper are called "Peanut Butter Kisses" in case you didn't know. I like them, but they're not my favorite.

Teri I'd send you some but I'm afraid I'd eat them all before they made it in the box.
