Nag without Ceasing

A slight mis-quote from Paul.

I'm more than halfway finished with the formatting/editing of the Ordinary Time book, and we still have some outstanding entries. I've emailed and received good response from most -- but haven't heard a peep from others. I'm giving one more chance -- now I'm quoting "Little Bunny Fufu" -- and soon I'll start bopping on top the head.

TOMORROW the Nagging without ceasing will begin.

So for today -- eat, drink and be merry for tomorrow the nagging begins.

  1. I don't want to be pushy or anything, but can I ask when the proposed release date is?

Thanks to all those who are working so hard to get this ready! Y'all are awesome.

  2. April 1 is a target date. But it may take up to two weeks longer as I will have to approve the proof before it goes into production. And that may take two or three tries.

HOWEVER, there are stil outstanding entries...... hence my nagging. Nag nag nag.

Tomorrow, if I have not heard directly from a few individuals, their dates will be release for the rest of you to grab as you will.

  4. I'm pretty sure some of the churches Paul wrote letters to thought that he nagged without ceasing. (grin)

  5. Hey, I was going to help edit, but I can only see like five entries on the blog version, and perhaps i missed the memo on where to get a section to edit. Drop me a line when you have a chance at hhthompson at gmail. Also, I don't have any contributions scheduled cause it's been a superbusy winter, but I can pinch hit if need be. Let me know!!

  6. Gallycat, at the top of the page, you can choose "current" or "drafts" or "everything." Choose "drafts" and you will see all the entries.

  8. ditto. Also, I can probably write another entry or two, and I can probably edit if you tell me what to edit for exactly...

April 1 sounds amazing and perfect. I ask for totally selfish reasons: because I have family coming to visit me in Egypt at Easter...and having a visitor is the only way I can get the book here. (we can't get things like that in the mail without paying heavy "fines" to the post office.) So I'm willing to help out however I can to help us make that date. Email me and let me know what I can do!!!!!

  12. June 10 (Psalm 138) has been covered, and is posted (as draft) over at OT. It really was written quite hastily, so I hope it's ok. I refuse to look at it again, lest I end up being as delinquent as I was with my original assignment...
