Friday Five: Word Association

Below you will find five words. Tell us the first thing you think of on reading each one. Your response might be simply another word, or it might be a sentence, a poem or a story.

whirlwind

foundation

lightning

den

prey

(Yes, they're all from Job 38.)

As always, leave a note in the comments if you play. And if you can leave a link to your post, so much the better!

How to make a link:
[a href="URL"]what you want the link to say[/a]
Simply substitute <> for [].

I can hardly believe I am the first one to play the Friday Five.

Have a good one all!

Well, I played - which means I am beginning to feel. more. human.

Is this your sermon in the making ;) :)

And... here it is.

No, thank goodness I have the week off as far as preaching is concerned, since my voice sounds as if it had been subdivided, then reassembled on different wavelengths! My student is preaching this Sunday.

I'd play if I knew how to work the "link"...oh the learning curve of blogging...

If someone can fill me in with easy instructions I'll play.

Thanks!

mompriest, you don't have to link, just copy and paste the meme in the compose box for your blog, fill it in and publish. Then leave a comment here saying you've played. The rest you can learn later!

I had a terrible time with Blogger too this morning...it was inexorably slow, then wouldn't let me see my blog, then told me it couldn't find the server...when I finally did get to my blog it had published my posts after all (and being the impatient person that I am, I wound up with three slightly different drafts).

Mary Beth said...

I did it! But Blogger is bad, bad!
