Well friends, this is one of those weeks when I simply must work today, which is normally my day off. I know, I know. We may tut-tut all we want, but the fact is, some weeks are like that. So, this week's F5 is simple.
Name five things you plan to do today.
Bonus: If today is about "have-to" for you as well, share up to five things you'd like to be doing today.
As always, let us know in comments if you play. For that matter, why not post a direct link to your blog entry in your comment? Use the following formulation:
what you want the link to say goes here

Wow! First to play today!
ReplyDeleteThat's a record!
You just beat me, ffs!
ReplyDeleteI played.
F5? I keep thinking that's the "Save" command from Word Perfect ...
ReplyDeleteWorking on my five now; will link later.
planning ... quite different to actually doing :)
ReplyDelete1. Finish my assignment. Done
2. Book flight to England. Done (cheaper cos I procrastinated! Go figure)
3. Phone the hospital to change an appt. Done
4. Catch up with into the Bible. In progress.
5. Attend a hygiene passport course tonight - to get authorised to work in the kitchen at camp. Starts at 6pm!
More importantly hug my kids and hubby and tell each of them I love them. I try to do this everyday - not easy with teens - but anyway :) I think they are getting the message
Oh and Mindy will have her puppies any day now (due Sunday) so continual checking that she's ok ... no signs of real nesting yet, but she's off her food today and that's one of the signs too.
well it is my day off too, but I'm working- it's been a hectic week- I did enjoy the time out to write a ahve to list and a wish list too though!
ReplyDeleteYou can find them here
Jonah, you're too funny. But I'll admit, I sooooo miss "Reveal Codes."
ReplyDeleteI played here. TGIF, and a happy weekend to all!
Wow lots of folks in early--
ReplyDeleteI guess I'm just late
GO BUCKEYES
A lot of must do
ReplyDeleteWe played together!
ReplyDeleteSee why I am not list-less!!
ReplyDeleteDeb
I played. But I'm off today, so my list seems pretty boring compared to the rest of you!
ReplyDeleteI have a list ofFriday Fun.
ReplyDeleteOh thank you so for making today's simple! Here's my To Do List
ReplyDeleteI played. Right after a lengthy digression concerning Sabbath rest, and the fact that ordained folk need 'em just like the rest of us.
ReplyDeleteExhausted Friday 5
ReplyDeleteHave a great day, RevGals!
I played...here!
ReplyDeleteI played, and will be back to read everyone else's, after I get some of the things on my list done.
ReplyDeleteStill a little blurry from staying up last night watching hoops (yay MSU, my alma mater!)...but I'll play in a bit, at my place .
ReplyDeleteno tut-tuts here just a bunch of have toos.
ReplyDeleteWell, I got my very first Friday Five out of the way last week...here's Friday Five #2!
ReplyDeleteThough it felt a bit like a "to-do" list, it was nice to see it in front of me so it seems a bit more managable!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
I, too, am not working today. But I have a few things I'd like to get done, none pressing, thank goodness (seeing as I'm not even out of my pjs yet). See them here
ReplyDeletejust played!
ReplyDeleteHmm - it occurs to me that the first thing on my list should have been "Play Friday Five!" And the first thing on my bonus list should have been "read everyone else's Friday Five." Ah well, I'll get to reading all of yours later today.
ReplyDeletemundane and heavenly-though uncharacteristically terse!
ReplyDeleteI'm not a usual participant in the Friday Five, so I posted more than five as a sort of catch up.
ReplyDeleteI'm in - and now I'm off to get some more of my things I'm doing today completed.
ReplyDeleteI played here
ReplyDeleteAnd, if you drop down to Thursday's post, you can read some of my thoughts about Prodigal Sons
First attempt:no claims to mad skillz yet!
ReplyDeleteMy 5 is here, and after I get my list done - I'll be round to visit. Can't ... lose... focus.
ReplyDeleteI played here!

ReplyDeleteI'm celebratingQG's Second Blogversary
ReplyDeleteA singularly modest list, but here it is.
ReplyDeleteI'm pulling double duty today, trying to balance both
ReplyDeletefamily & ministry.

ReplyDeletefun day
getting ready for Spring Break!
Simple and quick answers
ReplyDeleteLFS, Liz
Happy Friday, everyone! You can see my seemingly reversed list of have-tos and want-tos
ReplyDeletehere.
I played here.
ReplyDeleteI played and updated my blog, too!
ReplyDeleteIt's been a while, but I'm in today! Come on over to my place and check it out!
ReplyDeleteBlanket in the Grove
I'm playing here.
ReplyDeleteDid all the want-tos; now for the have-tos...check it out here.
ReplyDeleteAlas, it is my day off, but I am working too! At least I am working at home, and not at the church office. I don't think my congregation would appreciate my coming into work in my pajamas!
ReplyDeleteI know it's late in the day, but I'm just now getting to the computer stuff. I opted to give a list of the things I've already done.
ReplyDeleteDid it!
ReplyDeleteIt always takes me awhile but I played here. I have to admit, its been a good day!
ReplyDeleteSomewhat late so I had to adapt but Count me in!
ReplyDelete53 people posted before me. I didn't really write about "whatcha doin" - I wrote about "what I did" --- #5 was the best part of the day. I am bringing up the rear.
ReplyDeleteI didn't get 'round to playing today, but I've got an idea for a Friday Five -- Five things in our reading stacks. We all have those, right? And I've gotten some great recommendations from other people that have led to a pretty big stack on my table right now!
